The United States Department of State is pose to get more rain today and tomorrow , agree to a forecast from theNational Weather Service .
“ The accumulative outcome of serial weighty rainfall events will guide to extra instance of flooding , ” the alert warned . “ This include rapid water system rises , mudslide , and the potential for major river implosion therapy . ”

The declaration allow the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Homeland Security to offer disaster relief to the stirred county .
