The 3 narration building is a 61 beat diameter very behind moving continuous lazy Susan rotating 1.3 time per 24-hour interval , and will be built of steel in subdivision at the huge Split shipyards which are straight opposite the Island . The construction is entered from below at Lower Ground Level which does not spread out with the 22 time diam center hub of the edifice which is also static containing the Reception , circulation stairs and lifts .
I ’m still examine to sieve out how everything turns based on the conception photograph , but I do n’t really care about the details if there ’s cheer and a beach nearby . [ WAN ]
