Today Paramount confirmedat San Diego Comic - Conthat the upcoming ninth sequence of Star Trek : Strange New Worlds ’ soph time of year would be titled “ Subspace Rhapsody ” : and it ’s the first ever to the full fledged Star Trek musical installment . insure out the drone below ( or onTwitter , internationally ):
As you may see , the Enterprise is go away to find itself turned proverbially upside down when an investigation into a subspace anomaly create a wave through the ship that compels the crew to belt out their hearts out in song . And not just the bunch : it looks like Paul Wesley ’s Lieutenant James T. Kirkis back aboardfor some reason . That reason presumptively being “ like Scheol are we going to do a melodious Star Trek instalment and not project a fashion to get the future Captain Kirk doing a song and dance . ”
