Kathy Griffin’s estranged husbandRandy Bickhas responded to the comedian’s petition for divorce after she hired a private investigator to locate him.
Since leaving their shared home at Griffin’s request, Bick has “not been in contact with her” or shared where he is “residing or staying.” Despite her efforts inhiring a private investigatorto track him down, the documents claimed that “this too has been unsuccessful.”
“[Griffin] will make further attempts to locate [Bick] and will now take steps to enter his default,” the brief continued.
In December, PEOPLE confirmed that theSuddenly Susanstar had filed for divorce after four years of marriage and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

Griffin and Bick began dating in 2011 and briefly split in 2018 before getting back together andgetting marriedin January 2020.
Upon celebrating herfirst Valentine’s Daysince her separation from Bick, the actress shared a pointed message onX (formerly known as Twitter).
“I’m getting divorced. F— Valentine’s Day and f— all of you. Did I say that? Thank God I have three shows this weekend,” she said, referring to herMy Life on the PTSD-Listtour. “I’m going to make every member of the audience my personal Valentine regardless of sexual orientation.”
