It’s never too soon to start practicing self love.

Khloé Kardashianshared a super-sweet video on Thursday depicting her 11-month-old daughterTrue‘s daily affirmation practice.

The clip begins with little True sitting in front of a mirror with a big smile on her face as she says the word so many positive mantras begin with: “I.”

“Do you love yourself?” Kardashian, 34, asks her daughter. “Do you say, ‘I am so beautiful?’ ”

Pointing her daughter toward her own reflection, Kardashian adds, “Say, ‘I am so happy,’ ” prompting True to lean in to give her reflection another smooch.

“Yes, I love myself. I am so strong,” the proud mama encourages.

Choosing tolet the heartwarming clipspeak for itself, Kardashian simply captioned it with a heart emoji.

In a February interview withThe Daily Telegraph‘sStellarmagazine,the Good American co-founder opened up about why it’s important that she and her daughterpractice positivity togetherevery day.

“As silly as it sounds,I do positive affirmations with herin the morning,” Kardashian continued, adding that even though “it so corny,” they “sit in front of the mirror” and say, “I am beautiful.”

The proud mama shared, “It’s my job to make her feel, no matter what she looks like, thatshe is strong and confident and beautiful, and it’s okay to embrace all different shapes, sizes, and ethnicities. My whole family is a melting pot of race and skin tone and hair color and height — everything. That’s our reality and our children need to know how beautiful diversity is.”

The pair’s mommy-daughter affirmations go way back, and started when True was still only a few months old.

“I do affirmations with True every single day,” Kardashian toldRefinery29in December. “We stand in the mirror and I say something to her reflection, and I pretend she’s saying it back to herself.”

Continuing on the self-love train, the reality star shared she also wants True to grow uphaving a healthy relationship with makeup, treating beauty products as “something you enjoy” rather than something that’s necessary in order to leave the house.

As Kardashian continues to navigate her public breakup fromTristan Thompson, the star has shared that despite all the painhis cheating scandalscaused, out of that relationship came the greatest gift of all: their daughter.
