Georgia state prosecutors want to modifyTiffany Haddish’s bond conditions to restrict her from using drugs and drinking alcohol followingher second DUI arrest.
A rep for Haddish previously declined to comment on the actress’s latest DUI arrest.

Last Friday, the Beverly Hills Police Department told PEOPLE they received a call around 5:45 a.m. local time about a woman who was in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive. She was arrested and released later that day.
Haddish had performed the night before at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood as part of the club’s annual freeThanksgivingfeast community event. She is now facing a DUI charge, according to BHPD.
Per the recording, she replied, “You tell me,” before joking, “I had prayed to God to send me a man with a job, career, preferably in a uniform, and I answered my prayers.”
On Monday, the actress and comedian toldEntertainment Tonight"this will never happen again," referring to her arrest on Friday on suspicion of DUI after allegedly falling asleep behind the wheel of her car.

“I’mgoing to get some helpso I can learn balance and boundaries,” Haddish told the outlet, explaining that her Tesla had self-parked when she fell asleep but was blocking part of the street when BHPD officers arrived and arrested her.
She also noted the BHPD’s professionalism and complimented how they handled the incident.
As for the January 2022 incident, according to authorities, officers received a 911 call around 2:30 a.m. local time about a driver whohad allegedly fallen asleep at the wheelon Highway 74. While en route, the officers spotted a vehicle that matched the description from the 911 call and did a traffic stop.
“Subsequent investigation led to Ms. Tiffany Haddish being arrested for Driving Under the Influence,” police told PEOPLE at the time. “She was transported to the Fayette County Jail without incident.”
